The 10 days return policy is valid on all products bought only on our online shop www.bds-machines.in. 

As per this policy,

1. Only end user customer of the product can return the product within 10 days of purchase.
2. The purchase date is the date of the invoice generated.
3. This 10 days return policy is for the benefit of our customer so that they take a look at our product, check the quality, etc.
4. If unsatisfied with our product, the customer can return the product within 10 days.
5. The product must be returned only if it is in a brand new condition. Which means that the product can be resold to other customer as a New Product and not as a second hand or used product.
6. If you have received the product in damaged condition, it must informed to us only by email with photos within 2 days of arrival at your location. Email us  only at info@bds-machines.in
7. For having a hassle free 10 days return, please send us an email with photos of the product and the reason to be return by email. We will check your case and give approval for return in advance. Email us on info@bds-machines.in. You can also call us on +91-9823559694
8. Once the product has arrived to our Warehouse in Aurangabad, Maharashtra our team will check the product. As long as the product is in brand new condition resalable and with all the accessories, the refund will be approved.
9. The 10 days return policy is not valid for traders or products bought from unauthorised traders/dealers.
